Turning Point offices will be closed for the holiday season from December 24, 2025 through January 1, 2026.

Please be advised that our Exchange and Warranty Return services will be temporarily suspended during the following period. We will be unable to receive return shipments from December 12, 2025 through January 18, 2026, as we complete improvements to streamline these services.

Exchange and Warranty Return processing will resume on January 19, 2026.
